Customer service (PAFCO)
(*) JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Call Center Inbound + Chat via social media channels
– Agents work at MBB Office and support US customers
– Support customers to buy/handle products by chatting and calling
– Follow up orders. Support customers on orders (delivery time, types of goods, …)
– No sales
– WORKING TIME: Rotating night shifts : 22h00PM – 7h00AM (Monday to Friday)
(*) Requirements:
– Level: Intermediate Level or higher graduation;
– Proficient in office, Typing skills
– Fluent in languages – both oral and written, included:
– English (basic)– Korean (2HC)
– English (basic) – Japanese (2HC)
– Good skills in persuading Customers and learning quickly;
– Experience in Call Center is an advantage.
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Problem-solving skill
(*) Benefit:
– Salary 20.000.000 – 23.000.000/month (include KPI) + OT allowance (If any)
– Training 10 – 14 days
